We were trying to figure out what my pageant platform should be, and when I talked about my WW journey and the struggles I’d had with self-love, my coach noted that I came alive. I knew I wanted a way to create an impact, but I didn’t want to blog, so I started this podcast. I told myself that I had to come up with a year worth of topics. In true Lauren fashion, I woke up in the middle of the night to my mind flowing with topics, and that’s how I knew I was becoming a podcaster. It doesn’t hurt that I love to talk and know firsthand how loving yourself leads to believing in yourself. I love to help listeners find self-love and create magic in their life. I record from the comfort of my home with my cat close by, and honestly, I get lost in the words and speak from the heart. I share genuine real-life experiences and share my perspectives. I do it in hopes that at least one person can benefit.
