Today I am living a life full of self-love and manifesting my dreams to come true because I believe in myself. The truth is, I haven't always loved myself – I never felt like I fit. I was on the cheerleading team in middle and high school but was called the cheerleader that wasn’t, had things written about me in bathroom stalls, went through an eating disorder, and years' worth of self-hate.
But I overcame it all! Whether I’m podcasting (and sharing TMI), interacting with women in the community and talking about mental health awareness, or walking across the stage in an evening gown - I’ve never felt more like me, truly authentic and comfortable in my skin.
